DMCA Copyright Policy

VIPBoxTV respects the creative work and intellectual property rights of broadcasters, leagues, publishers, production companies, and other copyright holders. We do not knowingly permit or promote material that infringes copyright. This policy explains how copyright owners can report disputed material or links appearing on https://vipbox.wiki/.

Copyright Infringement Notice

If you own a copyrighted work, or are legally authorized to represent its owner, and believe that content or a link appearing on VIPBoxTV infringes that copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • A clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • The exact URL of the page or material involved;
  • Sufficient information for us to identify and locate the disputed content;
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the reported use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its representative, or the law; and
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the affected rights or are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Please submit a separate list of URLs when reporting multiple pages. General references, search terms, screenshots without URLs, or incomplete notices may not provide enough information for us to investigate your complaint.

Review and Removal Process

After receiving a complete and valid notice, VIPBoxTV will review the identified material and take appropriate action. This may include removing the content, disabling access to a link, or contacting the relevant party for further information.

VIPBoxTV may reference websites and resources operated by independent third parties. We do not control content stored on external servers. When a complaint concerns material hosted elsewhere, you may also need to contact the operator or hosting provider of the original website.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content or a link was removed because of an error or incorrect identification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the removed material and its previous location;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you genuinely believe the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant.

A valid counter-notification may be shared with the person who submitted the original complaint. The disputed material may be restored within 10–14 business days unless we receive notice that the copyright owner has filed a court action seeking to prevent its restoration.

Repeat Infringement and False Claims

VIPBoxTV reserves the right to restrict or terminate access involving repeat copyright infringement. We may also remove material when infringement is apparent, even if a formal notice has not yet been received.

Submitting a knowingly false or misleading DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability for damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees. If you are uncertain whether a particular use is infringing, consider obtaining legal advice before submitting a claim.
